What is included in the price and what costs extra
Included in the price
- 24/7 access all year – you get an access code on your phone and open the gate with the mobile app.
- CCTV 24/7, alarm and a fenced site.
- LED lighting across the whole site, also after dark in winter.
- Drive right up to the unit door – no carrying things down corridors.
- A VAT invoice (23%) for every payment. A 6 m² unit is 300 PLN net plus VAT.
- No utility charges – the units have no power supply for fire-safety reasons, so there is nothing to add.
Not included
- Insurance for your belongings – extra and entirely optional. You can add it when booking online. The site itself has third-party liability insurance.
- Padlock – you lock the unit with your own padlock. We do not sell them and have no access to your lock.
No deposit
At Schoweczki there is no deposit – we do not hold back an extra amount “for possible damage”. The price list shows the cost of renting a unit for one month; the only extra is the optional insurance policy, if you decide to add it when booking.

How to choose the right unit size
The most common mistake is renting a unit one size too small. Here is which unit usually matches what you want to store.

Questions about prices and payment
What is the minimum rental period?
One month. The agreement is open-ended with one month’s notice, effective at the end of a calendar month, so you are not tied in for a year or a season.
Does the price go up after a few months?
We do not use an introductory rate that jumps after the first month. 149 PLN for a 2 m² unit or 369 PLN for 6 m² are our regular prices from the first day of the rental.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice at 23% for every payment. The prices are gross, i.e. including VAT – a 9 m² unit at 469 PLN gross is 381.30 PLN net.
Do I pay in advance?
Yes, each billing period is paid in advance. You pay online when booking and receive the access code on your phone.
What if I move my things out earlier?
You give one month’s notice and empty the unit. There is no long-term commitment and no deposit to get back.
Can I book in English?
Yes, the booking system is available in English. The rental agreement and terms (OWU) are in Polish – if anything is unclear, call or e-mail us before you book.
